Hello, my name is Mrs. Lorio and welcome to first grade in G-104! I know we will have a fantastic year together. Through this website, I will be able to show you progress of what our first graders are doing throughout the year. I will be updating our class website constantly, so please remember that you should visit our website often. I will update our class website with photos, videos, and newsletters as often as I can. I hope we can all have a wonderful year together!
Classroom Expectations
Parents are expected to monitor and check the following: A. Attendance:
Every Student should be in school every day.
In the event that your child will be absent, parents are requested to call the office to inform the staff of their child's absence, or leave a message for the homeroom teacher.
Always provide an excuse note or doctor's note upon the child's return. Failure to provide an excuse note will receive a Truancy Notification Letter from the homeroom teacher.

Homework is given on a daily basis (Worksheets or Shared Stories).
Homework must be turned in everyday along with the homework folder.
There are times that family projects will be assigned to be completed on a given time frame.
